Practices
We ask for payment for all
services in advance and will charge
your credit card for your fee. If
you decide to cancel your service
after 30 days, and we hope you
won't, please visit the
cancellations page. We do NOT
issue credits for the unused portion
of a prepaid monthly service. Of
course, we will cancel future
charges.
If you choose to pay via monthly
invoice (which is delivered to your
e-mail account), we apply a
surcharge for manual processing.
There is a $10 late fee if not paid
within 15 days. Returned checks are
subject to a $25 fee.
If you have prepaid on an annual
plan, we WILL refund the unused
months remaining on your annual
payment. Note that when calculating
the refund, we will use the standard
monthly fee for each month used.
